Shakespeare-ization Cont.

Schrödinger’s Catharsis

It makes common if not holy
sense to accentuate the positive;
eclipse if not occlude the negative:
send Madeline to the cellar, bury
her alive, or cast as my lady Macbeth
so I can watch axes of evil from the
audience like it wasn’t imagined on
my cave walls; aghast—purged of
pity & fear if I’m lucky or maybe
only at least some pity.
