Misanthropy

Borders Without Courses

Misanthropy

All human evil comes
from a single cause:
man's inability to sit
still in a room.
                        Blaise Pascal

I’m  seated in a room but
rowing across the Atlantic
day after day: the oldest
presbyter to solo seas in
record timeliness &
nothing but swells, gulls
& lowering sky as
companions..

I’m religious but
I’m not spiritual.

I wouldn’t mind saving
souls, salvaging damaged
and  damaging.

Grandiose? Of course.
Fools Rush Inn.  All
other action has little
interest at  this point
in time.

When I  was walking
on 2 legs at noon—sure:
the meetings, programs,
pop music & alternative,
bands galore. recalls,
earth quakes, territorial
pissing, champion ships,
global warming,
neighborhood watch,
steep slope construction,
mortgage rates, Oscar
awards,  celebrity over
dose and rehab programs,
wolf-dogs, body image
and wellness epidemics:

Not that they  aren’t
important, crucial even;
but over whelming
my attention deficiency..

Soul Salvage is on my
mind and  nothing else
engages. If  I were
more spiritual
maybe I’d be
less religious.

Psyche Logic: how to salvage
a soul’s crossing &
transform see to
shining see?
