Oil Slick in a Noetic Sea of Heartbreak

Can you imagine Platonic Love  without
adding a
Holmesian snicker?  See:  that
snicker right there
  prevents, blocks, &
scandalizes the possibility of
liberal art
in the institution, reduces it to the liberal
arts and the profession

Dear Paula,

I repeat myself, loving the notion and hoping to
get get a rise out of  replay.  Ellen does it to a
fault: replaying some scene she cherishes  day
after day, giggling & batting  eyeballs..

I’m pretty sure the idea of philosophizing  about
learning and teaching (the P in our PhDegree:
cultivating our local food for thought) has got
to be an ongoing converse action across the
curriculum.  And sustained to be sustainable.

Fortunately, it’s possible.

We’ve got the e-venue  for demonstrating
our  platonic love—free love: freely loving.
That’s amore.  amo, amas,  amat, amamus,
amatis, amant
.  Beyond a  capstone & trade..

Amateurism.

As opposed to the pros, young, middle-aged  and
old professionals.  Here’s where the  snicker rises
as emergent devaluing.  These two teams (Pro/Am)
are so radically incommensurate which makes good
sense, but Pros dominate—oil slick on the sea of
heartbreak...

(all these polls & evaluations going on and on to
make the whirl a better pace? SACS driven?
How’s My  Driving?
How’s My Driving?
How’s My Driving?
How’m I doing?
Am I doing ok?
How’m I doing now?
Am I doing ok, now?)

… so  that the notion of un-monitored motivation
more or less laissez-faire & what the hey: got to
Love IT  generates a snicker from any bred &
nourished in an outworn creed.

Professionalism.  Lasso Fair: hard  balls and
mallets croquet, say,  with little or no tolerance
for the upside-down flamingo & hedgehogian
ludic play that will surely  enliven the whole
professing & a Good Time  had by all.

An Environmental Issue. .
