The Meaning of Strife

Dear Ones,

“What’s the meaning of strife, Dad?”

     “Eat your pudding, Son”

        Let that stand for IT.

IT, I said.
Do I got always to be spelling IT out?

    Meaning of Strive
                          Pudding Eater
    The difference & the relationship.

Spelling-IT-out
is the academic agenda
& addiction.  Say. Say. Say. And
then: yes, but um, er, ah,  on the
other
hand.

OUT isn’t what counts

(unless you're a hard core evaluationist
with agenda & work program: capping
an oil spill, resolving a middle east,
reconciling Tipper & Al & their
inconvenient truths, making the whirl
a better pace)

But the spelling IT is: .

 The meaning of strife.

Not to be conflated, collapsed, or
confused with the eating of pudding
(mmm that's good too...& meaningful)

xxxooo, Presbyter
