Problems in Self-Reference and Cybernetic Humanism

   Cybernetic Humanism

How Does a Local Species Self-Correct
       Without Demoralization?

“What a bunch of pliers you all are,”
says Epimenides, the Cretan,
castigating his fellow
islanders.

“All Cretan are pliers, damnit,”
he famously fulminated,
pontificating.

          Pots & Kettles
Getting-IT-on over the “black” issue.

“Yr black, damnit!”.
“No, you are!”

More sophisticated than that, sure:
hyped-up to global positioning and
far away reasons-why explaining &
blaming oil spills and middle east
crises, unemployment & world
hunger so it’ll never happen
again..

   The Blackness! The Blackness!
                  Awesome.

For whom do you root?
Cheer lead?
Pots or Kettles?

Just Vote.

Not voting is also voting..
Damaged & Damaging if I do.
Damaged & Damaging if I don’t.
Damaged. damnit.
