   SHOWING and TELLING
 
No way I can be right without wrongs
surrounding & appropriately accusing
omissions left out, inadequate insufficient
reductions, always a  rip-off really to be fair
to the whole.
 
Righteous, sure: if I know better & factor-
in the poor I have with me always:  limping
limits and  hobble-de-hoy biased belief
and  personal agenda aims, goals and
outcomes, a violence & necessary criminal
discrimination to the whole knowing all this
flattens a sphere into nothing but a circle jerk,
say—trying to do justice to the injustice I do
and be righteous if never the less never right.
 
Guilty.
Of course
No mistake: mistakes.
 
It’s the denial & cover-up that generates
my toxic waste and thickens my bozone
layer
