Worthy if not always Loyal Oppositioni

Do You Relish Opposition?
       Love the Enemy?
        Wrestle with God
            (Isra-el-ic)
so to speak, in manners of
             Speaking

FYI: the aim, objective and some
what measurable outcome for the
practice of dialectic is to generate
the possibility of emerging new
values that do no injustice to but
actually accelerate  and depend on
opposition.

New energant truth as opposed to
one side winning: the other side
losing.  Edification as opposed to
mere Gold Medals.

Dialectic is not a win/lose practice:
but cultivates and needs opposition.
"Without contraries is no Progress, "
     said Wm Blake, dialectically.

Easy to say. Almost impossible to
practice Bring it on. Turn it up.
Put IT in play. Anticipate synthesis
that preserves opposition, small
apocalypse and revelation.

Imagine!

Plato used the word and concept
"dialectic" to describe how his
metaphorical "philosopher"
managed to get out of his
"metaphorical" cave.

Coming back in, however,
one-eyed in the valley of the blind:
a curse of a different collar.
