Life of the Mind (cont.)

I’m happy to be resident representative for Ignorance & Confusion
& their Axiomatics appropriately banished from polite policed
political correctness & the walls of institutionalized academic
pursuit because seemingly interfering with the process of acquiring
knowledge & considered enemies if not terrorists  rather than pre-
requisite to liberal art.

I will be a sitting presence:  re-minder of misfortune banished  so as
to preserve appearances; & at any time, were it necessary to confront
the Evils: here I am—home-groan local produce, no need to outsource:
trot trot to Boston, trot trot to Main, bastards in Washington! bastards
in Spain…etc. always some
where
else.

Self-designated speaker of the house for ignorance and confusion,
our under privileged mothers of invention if not  alma matrix.

You can consult ME: solipsistic, narcissist, self-indulgent, attention-
deficient, active passive-aggressive,   ultra-reductive thinker, rip-off
artist, sampler & specimenizer, a moving violator trying to Work-IT
OUT all along in my own terms of desire of course.

I will stand as strange detractor, sucking off the evil (upos) up from
down under, the ruination of any hierarchical misappropriation,
revenge of the nerds say: any sub-ordinate function beginning
to express itself beyond  its proper place. Evil is merely all
alike and all the same whatever the allo-diversifications
we might love to celebrate as  variations.

Ursula Le Guin writes of a utopia whose harmony depends on all evil
compacted into a tight little black hole in the ground where a singular
small child is kept languishing and festering and as long as there is
some sense of its shared location (the cancer, the rant, riot & up-roar:
evil—you know: any contamination from below so above) the
community was hap-y. One’s who didn’t like this arrangement could
walk away.
