Sparking or Bridging the GAP

Communication Skills

There’s always a GAP, true? Some
call it an abyss. Abysmal. Void.
To be avoided.

We talk about bridging the GAP.
Fusion, if not confusion. A bridge
annihilates the space, separation,
gap: what was 2 or more becomes
ONE

Often with a toll to pay; maybe
a bridge and Billy Goat gruff to
avoid.,

We talk about sparking the GAP.
In olden days ( before my time)
"sparking" described making
out among the Puritans. Engaged
couples could sleep with a board
between them,Separating. A Gap.
Sparking.

GAP regardless, whether we talk
in terms of bridging or sparking:
abyss, chaos (chasm), void. Why
does the notion carry negative
connotations? Basis & ongoing
prerequisite for communication,
community, communion, common
sense, required composition...

GAP, regardless Mytho-logically, as a version of the
origin of many languages: why did
God Screw UP the construction of
the Tower of Babel when it seemed
to be going so well—everyone on the
same page (so to speak), bridging
Heaven & Earth? .

“Oh. No You DIDN’T” says God or
Goddess if you prefer (though that
might could alter the coherence of
mythic representation: would a goddess
be such a bastard as to thwart the Chief
Humanistic Service Project: to Bridge
the Gap? Only a patriarch would do
such a thing!

Tower of Babel

Do you say what you mean?
Mean what you say? Walk the talk?
Or just talk the talk and walk the walk?

Do you stick to your guns?

Given the WHELM (womb, matrix) of words,
sentences, images, ideas on our “plate” every
day in class (texts and contexts)—what
determines or shapes or moves or motivates US
as a group --our attention efficient-to-attention-
deficit ratios?

In a sense, every day together presents us with
Chaos, Anarchy, and the Origins of the Universe
of Converse: an In-the-Beginnings-Super-Collider
situation over and over and over. Originators:
authors authorizing authority authoritatively.

What governs us? Determines? Given the fact
that there is NOT the NORMAL gun-to-the-head
classroom environmental rigor and focus?

Represent. Go ahead Show & Tell.
The GAP. Bridge or Spark. What's
the difference? What's the relationship?
Strategically? .
