Improve my images, but for the sake of ratios and
relationship (you know:the 2 just getting along) try
not to conflate, collapse, or confuse these
complementary opposing and properly antithetical
value systems. Otherwise, you know which
one’ll be boss and which submissive if not docile:
an ongoing domestic violence & sound of
one hand slapping. .
I wouldn’t mind if we had two teams and t-shirts
(names on the back)to keep the players straight:
Wasted and Useful—sort of like William James’s
Sick-Soul’d and Healthy-Minded distinction: both
equally cherished variations on religious experience.
No released time or salary increment necessary to
put these 2 in play, I bet, once the line has been
drawn, the distinction turned up and the relationship
embraced..
Two cultures: house divided, montagues & capulets
inside stories, Sacred & Profane in love: ice cream
parlor in hell so to speak,with no injustice to hot or
cold: let the game begin.
As long as both teams are in play
(no winners /no losers) expect small
apocalypses, ongoing revelation,
emerging phenomenon, local food.
