The Living Christ

    The Living Christ

Not to be Confused with the Dead One
dead & buried: mind on a page, freeze
dried library archive waiting miracle
workers & dem bones gonna walk around.

I'm commandeering, ripping-off, violently
bearing away what fundamentalists call
“the living Christ” crying out  loud,  call IT
what you want (IT, I said).  I call it
sustained sustaining sustainable
conversation.

Converse Action.

That back &  forth exchange going on
when ever any  2 or 3 or more engaged,
gathered  “in my name,” so to speak in
manners of speaking.

The in-my-name may be the crucial
tipping  point, controversial crux of the
matter, crucial no  doubt: in the spirit of
truth as opposed  to the spirit of dogmatic
win/lose, nail-IT-down so it won’t wiggle
while I do my bidness--aha: gotcha.

Edification, call it: not to be confused
with education or instruction. Building
up a shared “shine”:  argo-argument--
a difference that makes  a difference.
Resurrecting Living  Christ born again
and again and again as it were were so
to speak in manners  of speaking or call
IT what you like, we can argue.

(If one don’t overly quibble over letters of
the law, dangling elements and split
infinities:  spirit shines thru—amazing
grace.  Wretch like me.
