Working out My Salvation in Fear & Mumbling

By virtue of the Absurd and so of course no
defense: fear and mumbling efforts to wake
sleepers if not raise the dead, sleeping dogs,
cry hammock and let loose the cogs of yore.

Success in not letting failure put the quietus on
efforts: I am a little engine that would if not could. 
If I could, that would be a different deal: success 
being virtue & validation so I would fail at failing 
as opposed to succeeding at it: a far far greater thing.
